Creator Terms

These terms cover your use of the LLURE82 Creator Partner Network (the "Network"). By creating an account, you agree to them. We've tried to keep them in plain English.

1. What the Network is

LLURE82 connects creators with brands that want to work with them. Joining is free. When a brand campaign matches your profile, we send you the opportunity, and you choose whether to take part.

2. We don't take a cut of your pay

Brands pay LLURE82 separately for finding and managing creators. We do not deduct a commission or percentage from the compensation listed in an opportunity. Whatever an opportunity says you'll receive (cash, product, and/or affiliate commission) is yours in full.

3. Opportunities

• We don't guarantee any number of opportunities. Matching depends on what brands are looking for.
• Each opportunity lists its own details, such as deliverables, compensation, posting dates, and how and when you'll be paid. By accepting, you agree to those details.
• Some brands may ask you to sign their own agreement (for example, about how they can reuse your content). If so, that agreement will be shared with you before you commit.
• You're never required to accept an opportunity.

4. When you say yes

• Deliver the content described, on time, and to the standard described in the opportunity.
• If something comes up, tell us as early as possible through your dashboard.
• We track follow-through (delivered, late, backed out, or not posted) and use it to decide who gets priority for future campaigns.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your content unless an opportunity or brand agreement says otherwise. You confirm that your content is original, doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and follows the rules of the platforms you post on.

6. Disclosing sponsored posts

US law (FTC Endorsement Guides) requires creators to clearly disclose brand partnerships, for example with #ad, #sponsored, or the platform's "Paid partnership" label. This applies even if you only received free product or an affiliate link. You're responsible for making these disclosures on your posts.

7. You're an independent creator

You work with brands as an independent creator, not as an employee of LLURE82 or of any brand. You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and you may be asked for tax information (such as a W-9) before you're paid.

8. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information, including your follower count.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• We may pause or remove accounts for misrepresenting audience size, using fake followers or engagement, repeatedly not following through, or conduct that could harm LLURE82 or our brand partners.
• You can delete your account anytime from the Account tab.

9. Messages from us

If you opt in, we'll email and/or text you about opportunities and campaigns you're part of. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, or reply STOP to texts. Message and data rates may apply.

10. The fine print

The Network is provided "as is." Brands are responsible for their own campaigns, products, and payments as described in each opportunity. To the extent the law allows, LLURE82 isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Network. We may update these terms; if we make important changes, we'll let you know by email or in the portal.
